Fulfillment & Service Hours
Orders are accepted online 24/7. Customer support operates on UAE Standard Time (GST / UTC+4):
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GST
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM GST
- Weekend Dispatch Delay: Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday, UAE Time) or on holidays ship on the next UAE business day (Monday).
Address & Order Modifications
Need to update your delivery address or change an item size?
- Within 1 Hour of Purchase: Address updates can be processed immediately by emailing elvora76@gmail.com with subject "URGENT Address Change #OrderNumber".
- After Dispatch: If a tracking number has already been assigned, we will attempt carrier rerouting on your behalf.
Missing or Damaged Items
Experiencing an issue with a delivered package?
- Damaged Package: Photograph outer shipping box and damaged products. Email photos to elvora76@gmail.com for an instant replacement.
- Partial Shipments: Multi-item orders featuring oversized items (e.g. inflatable kayaks or shade tents) may arrive in separate boxes. Check tracking for multiple package numbers.
Order Cancellation Requests
Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse packaging.
- Email elvora76@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
- If the order has already dispatched, you may return the unopened parcel upon delivery for a full refund under our 30-Day Policy.
